Anti-collision visual flight system
The airspace monitoring mobile solution
iTOWER is a mobile solution that uses 5G connected devices, once the software is installed on a device, and placed on an aircraft, it becomes a mobile control tower. Using the 5G connection it is possible to achieve a very high data transmission speed and connection stability.
The device transmit to the server, in real time, the geospatial position: latitude, longitude, ground height, direction and speed.
The application on servers, uses a proprietary algorithm, allowing the airspace monitoring around the aircraft within a radius of 10 miles, and is able to detect the presence of eventual surrounding aircraft, showing alerts for any approaching aircraft. In addition, using the app it is possible to transmit the geospatial position of other aircrafts to the device where the iTOWER software is installed, making them visible on the screen.
Democom took care of the design and implementation of the prototype aerial anti-collision visual flight solution, using native mobile apps, and taking care of all the project phases: requirements listing, technological scouting, solution design, development, testing and operational maintenance.
