Civica is a project powered by Welfarein, an innovative start-up dedicated to the research, development and support of ideas and technologies that empower the communities’ generative welfare and the economic sustainability and by Associazione Civica, an association that deals with economic and social research and thanks to its scientific board has created the “Civic Method”.
Civica certifies, measures and rewards the ability of citizens, associations, businesses and institutions to generate value by actively participating to the care and construction of the common good.

Democom took care of the design and implementation of the end-to-end digital solution, focusing on a mobile social networking application, taking care of all the design phases: process analysis and requirements listing, technological scouting, solution design, development, testing and operational maintenance. Democom also took care of the cloud infrastructure construction, application deployment and technical project management activities.
